Returns and Exchanges

At McCulloch Steam, we stand behind the power and quality of our cleaning products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the steamer and all included attachments into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
